TITLE SPONSOR: $10,000.00

Work directly with us to customize your sponsorship and generous support of WODPA and the conference! We’ll make sure your sponsorship is showcased throughout the conference and all our media channels in addition to being recognized throughout the year. You’ll be given special opportunities to address our full audience and exhibit your products or services. Sponsorship includes: Company representative registrations, meals, company advertisements within promotional materials, everything included in all our sponsorship levels, plus more. WODPA will highlight your company throughout the conference and throughout the entire year as a title sponsor.  

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP: $5,500.00

Speak to our full audience for 5 minutes or share a demonstration of your products and services. Platinum sponsorship provides for three company representatives’ registration and meals. Please submit your designed, 1 full page advertisement for conference and promotional materials and your logo for recognition at the conference & throughout the year.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP: $3,500.00

Speak to our full audience for 3 minutes or share a demonstration of your products and services. Gold sponsorship provides for two company representatives’ registration and meals. Please submit your designed, 1/2-page advertisement for our conference and promotional materials and your logo for recognition at the conference & throughout the year.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP: $2,000.00

Speak to our full audience for 1 minute or share a demonstration of your products and services. Silver sponsorship provides for one company representative’s registration and meals. Please submit your designed, 1/4-page advertisement for our conference and promotional materials and your logo for recognition at the conference & throughout the year.

SUPPORTER $750.00

Your business card or logo printed in our conference materials folder for all attendees, printed in our promotional materials, and recognition via WODPA’s media outlets.
